Registration and Refund Policy
Welcome to our Aamu-College Adult Education Program. We offer a variety of classes to help adults continue their education and develop new skills. In order to enroll in a class, we have the following enrollment policy:
- Eligibility: All classes are open to adults who are 18 years of age or older. Some classes may have additional eligibility requirements, which will be listed in the course description.
- Enrollment Period: Enrollment for classes is open until the start date of the class or until the class is full, whichever comes first. We encourage early registration to ensure that you get a spot in the class.
- Registration: To enroll in a class, you must complete the registration form online . Payment of the course fee is also required at the time of registration. If students register after the second half of the semester, only 50% of the full course fee will be charged. Classes are free of charges for students as trail who join for the last two weeks of the semester.
- Course Fees: Course fees are listed in the course description and must be paid in full at the time of registration. We accept payment by credit card or check.
- Refunds: We offer a full refund if you withdraw from the course at least 7 days prior to the start date of the course. If you withdraw within 7 days of the start date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be given after the course has started.
- Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any course due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund.
- Attendance: Regular attendance is expected in all classes. If you miss more than 20% of the course, you may not be eligible to receive a certificate of completion.
- Accommodations: If you require any accommodations to participate in the class, please contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the course to discuss your needs.
- All classes are via Zoom online platform and students are required to have access to the internet, and download zoom app on their computer or smart mobiles phones.
